About me
Welcome and thank you for your interest in my profile. My name is April and I am an NCPS accredited psychotherapeutic counsellor. I tailor the therapeutic way of working to what you need, which is a pluralistic approach.
As a councellor I can offer a non-judgemental space to organise thoughts, understand feelings and make sense of what may be challenging you. I'm a real advocate for people accessing counselling when the time is right for them and irrespective of whether there is a known difficulty or simply a curiosity about how talking therapy can improve your life.
I live in the Marlborough area and work online, by telephone and in person. My initial session is free of charge by telephone or online using zoom to discuss your needs and give you time to consider how I work and if I am well suited to you, without any pressure.
The list of things I can work through with you is not exhaustive so please do make contact if you would like to explore how I may be able to help.
