I provide a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space in which to listen and offer you my support. If you are feeling anxious, depressed, self-critical, overwhelmed by pressure from work, family or relationships, or at a crossroads and need someone to talk to, then counselling can help you to make sense of things.
We will work together to increase your self-awareness, so that you can choose to release any limiting beliefs, or patterns of behaviour from your past, in order to move towards a better future. The process is about shedding old layers to uncover your true self and realise your full potential.
Training, qualifications & experience
I work face to face with adults on both a short and long term basis. I have worked with a broad spectrum of clients on issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship and work difficulties, co-dependency, bereavement, disempowerment and loss of purpose.
As a qualified integrative psychotherapist, I draw on different approaches, including psychodynamic, person-centred and the transpersonal. My practice is also informed by a system called the Enneagram, a model which helps us to understand ourselves better, as well as others.
