About me
I am a fully qualified Level 7 Counsellor working with adults, children, and young people, and I also offer Clinical Supervision and Reflective Practice sessions to counsellors, mental health and wellbeing professionals, and third sector organisations.
I work as a Relational Integrative Counsellor, meaning I adapt how I work to you, drawing on different approaches to suit your individual needs, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
I have significant experience supporting people who have experienced trauma and understand how this can impact many areas of life. At the heart of my practice is creating a safe, confidential, grounded, and supportive space, Steady Ground, where you can feel secure enough to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace and is centred on building a genuine, trusting relationship.
I work in a professional, compassionate, and approachable way, supporting you to better understand yourself and move towards the changes you want.
I offer face to face, online and telephone sessions. Sessions are 50 minutes in duration.
Feel free to take a look at my client testimonials on my webpage.
