Hi, I am a qualified and experienced Supervisor. I provide Clinical Supervision to individuals and small groups, supporting trainee counselling students, qualified counsellors, mental health professionals, and private, public, and third sector organisations.
I create a safe, confidential, and reflective space where you can explore your personal and professional development, consider your client work or practice, and discuss any challenges you may be facing. I also integrate optional creative interventions into my sessions to support reflection and professional growth.
I provide supervision to practitioners working with children, young people and adults, including those supporting children and young people who display harmful sexual behaviours.
I also offer reflective practice sessions for helping professionals—those who regularly support others through emotional or complex situations. These sessions provide a safe, supportive space to pause, talk things through, and make sense of the impact the work can have on both a personal and professional level. Helping others can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also be draining, and without time to reflect it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or burn out. Reflective practice helps you stay grounded, look after your own wellbeing, and continue offering thoughtful, effective, and sustainable support to the people you work with.
Clinical supervision and reflective practice are both supportive spaces, but they have slightly different focuses. Clinical supervision is usually more structured and linked to professional standards, focusing on casework, decision-making, and accountability.
Reflective practice, on the other hand, is about taking time to think deeply about your experiences, exploring your thoughts and feelings, and learn from them to improve your future practice. It also helps you understand and manage the emotional impact of your work by giving you space to process experiences and develop greater self-awareness.
Session fees are £50 for 1 hour and £72 for 1.5 hours, with group supervision rates available on discussion. Concessions are also offered for trainee counsellors.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
