HE Counselling Diploma

About me

I offer a genuine connection of empathy, kindness, and acceptance which helps you to change in the way you want to.

You will have the freedom and support to explore any difficulties at your own pace and get through them in your own way.

I don't use techniques or give advice, the therapy develops through the sessions and is different for each person.

I work with individuals, couples, teenagers, adults, and have helped people with anxiety, addictions, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, and trauma.

Whatever is troubling you, I hope you decide to contact me. I am keen to listen to your experience and help as much as I can.
