About me
Coronavirus Update - I have availability for new clients and offer video and phone therapy.
I have added a video at the bottom of this profile to give you a better sense of me as a person.
My approach is about offering you empathy, respect, and genuineness, which helps you find your own way.
You will have the freedom and support to explore your issues at your own pace and use your own resources to resolve them.
My Work
I work with individuals, couples, teenagers, and adults. I have helped people who have difficulty with addictions, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship issues, and trauma.
I don't give advice or use techniques, I am with you whatever you bring, however you are, and wherever you go.

About Me
I worked for eight years in the Lloyd's Insurance Market before turning my full attention to therapy. I have worked as a counsellor in three schools, an NHS clinic, and a low-cost therapy clinic.
I enjoy time on my own, photography, films, and hiking.
I believe that therapy works and hope to hear from you, I am keen to listen to your experience and help as much as I can.
