About me

I grew up in northern Italy and spent much of my youth searching for my place and identity, drawn to questions of meaning and purpose. I immersed myself in literature, philosophy, and mysticism, and I remain spiritually literate, but free from dogma.

Clients often describe me as warm, steady, and direct. You could expect a collaborative process that is paced and respectful, with space to slow down, make sense of your story, and practise kinder ways of relating to yourself and others. Alongside talking, I may use simple grounding, guided imagery, and gentle ways of mapping what is happening internally, when it feels helpful.

I work with individuals and couples, with a particular focus on LGBTQ+ clients, relationship themes, intimacy, identity, shame, and life transitions. Sessions are available in Harley Street and online. You bring your story, I will meet you there, with care and presence.

Training, qualifications & experience

Therapy with me is a calm, discreet space where you do not need to have the right words, or hold everything together.

Many people I work with look “fine” from the outside, yet privately feel anxious, low, burnt out, or stuck in patterns of overthinking and people-pleasing, especially around family, relationships, sexuality, identity, or major life changes.

In our sessions, we slow things down. We make sense of what is happening in your life now, and we gently explore where certain patterns began.

Often, what feels like a problem today once had a purpose; it helped you cope, stay safe, or belong. Together, we look at what you have outgrown and what you are ready to choose differently.

You could expect a warm, direct, and respectful approach. I will listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and help you notice what is going on beneath the surface, including the inner critic, shame, or the pressure to perform. We work towards steadier self-trust, clearer boundaries, and relationships that feel more honest and nourishing.

Sometimes we will talk. At other times, if it feels helpful, we might use simple guided imagery, mindfulness, or practical ways of mapping what is happening internally. You are always in control of the pace, and nothing is forced.

I work with individuals and couples, including LGBTQ+ clients. My focus includes intimacy, identity, relationships, shame, and life transitions.

Sessions are available in Harley Street and online. If you are considering therapy, you are welcome to get in touch with any questions.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited register membership

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information

Your first session is slightly different from ongoing therapy. It is a 50-minute meeting designed to help you feel your way in and to see whether working together feels right.

We will begin gently, with space for you to share what has brought you to therapy now, and what you would like to be different. I will ask some focused questions to understand your current situation, relevant history, and what support might be most helpful. If it feels appropriate, we will also look at any repeating patterns (for example, anxiety, people-pleasing, shame, or relationship dynamics) and start to clarify goals for the work.

Some clients find it helpful to complete a short intake form beforehand. This is optional, but it can support the assessment and help us use the session time well.

By the end of the first session, you should have a clearer sense of how I work, what therapy with me could look like, and the next steps if you decide to continue.
