About me

I am a Counselling Psychologist, experienced in both group therapy and individual work. I completed my doctoral training at the University of Surrey with a focus on relational therapy and undertook research into the subjective experience of psychological diagnoses. I have worked with individuals and groups in the NHS for several years across a range of complex and severe conditions, including anxiety, emotional abuse, physical abuse, bereavement, relationship issues and separation, suicidality, childhood trauma, neglect, OCD, phobias and trauma (physical and psychological) amongst others.

I offer evidence-based psychological therapies for a wide range of emotional, relational, and behavioural difficulties for adults (25+). Being trained and experienced in a range of therapeutic approaches means that in collaboration with you I will aim to identify the approach most suitable to your individual needs and to your personal way of experiencing and engaging with your environment. My work is formed around the core of a genuine and safe relationship between two equal people, allowing exploration, reflection and change to develop in their own time.

I offer therapy in face to face sessions as well as via telephone and video.

I can offer sessions conducted in both English and German language.
