About me

I am a bilingual arts therapist trained in drama and movement therapy, a chartered clinical psychologist specialising in psychotherapy and a creative supervisor based in London.

In my sessions, I provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore issues through talking and a more imaginative and symbolic approach using creative mediums. Each journey of exploration is unique.

I believe that the relationship between the therapist and client is the core of psychotherapeutic work in which we co-create a sense of meaning and where transformation can occur. I will work with you to bring unconscious patterns into awareness, fostering self-reflection, insight, change and growth.

I take a creative and embodied approach to psychotherapy, drawing on the psychoanalytic, Jungian, relational and creative arts therapy approaches. Recognising the mind-body connection, my work is also informed by somatic psychology and the practice and study of mindfulness, meditation, breathwork and authentic movement.

Living in different cities and countries has given me a personal understanding of what it means to learn, adapt and live between cultures and languages. I also specialise in working with the international community.

I offer sessions in English and Portuguese.

Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
