About me

I am licensed in the UK with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, eating disorders, & depression and I work a lot with patients with ADHD and Autism. I have a strong connection to the LGBTQIA+ community.

I am here to help those who are neurodivergent and I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.

I have a multitude of effective methods of therapy which have helped produce some great outcomes for the clients with whom I have worked hard with in the past to improve their own mental health.

Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. Healing takes courage and we all have courage, even if we have to dig a little deeper to find it.

I am here to support you in that process and help you find your joy. I use hypnotherapy as part as my toolkit and it has proven to be very successful

Therapies offered

Fees

£40.00 - £60.00

Additional information

The range of the fee varies depending on the number of sessions booked at one time and also if there is a concession tariff due to age/student status/single parent/front-line workers

Sessions are secured with a deposit payment and this then acts as payment for the session - if you do not arrive for any reason then we will discuss the reason why and if I use the deposit as payment or move it to the next session - I will wait for no longer than 15 minutes for a client to show for their session before it becomes a no show status and the deposit is lost.

Further information

I am ADHD and have other health issues - I work online and face to face - due to my own clinical vulnerability, I ask clients who do see me face to face to be upfront when they are feeling unwell, and we can always change the session to online for both our protection and safety.
