About me
I am trained in several evidence-based approaches from cognitive behavioural therapy and solution-focused therapy to neurodiversity-informed practice.
My practice is based in Leamington Spa and I deliver face-to-face sessions across the Warwickshire region. I also work with clients across the UK and internationally via Zoom and telephone.
My Private Practice:
My practice focuses on providing evidence-based psychological therapy to adults experiencing a range of emotional and psychological difficulties. I work integratively, combining person-centred values with established psychological approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, attachment-based approaches and coaching. Our work can be focused around a specific difficulty or goal or provide space to explore underlying patterns and experiences more deeply, depending on your needs.
I support people with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, maternal mental health, identity shifts, relational and partner dynamics. I work closely with neurodivergence, particularly ADHD, with a focus on executive function, communication and emotional regulation.
Corporate Work:
Alongside my work with EAPs, I also work with specialist services that support people who need something beyond the scope of brief EAP therapy. This has included working with clients who have been referred for specific psychological approaches, including CBT.
My experience includes providing face-to-face and online therapy to employees from organisations including Jaguar Land Rover, National Grid, West Midlands Fire Service, Correla and Save the Children, as well as conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, managing risk and safeguarding concerns, and working collaboratively with Occupational Health teams and other stakeholders.
I support people experiencing acute stress, burnout, difficult workplace dynamics and emotional resilience. This experience has given me a specialised understanding of the different pressures and the cross over between professional and personal.
I have delivered psychoeducational workshops, webinars, training sessions and wellbeing communications on topics including emotional resilience, anxiety management, burnout and men's mental health. I have a particular interest in supporting neurodivergence in the workplace.
In addition, I have provided on-site post-incident support following traumatic workplace events, including sudden deaths and suicides, delivering psychological support, psychoeducation and guidance to employees and management teams.
Training, qualifications & experience
Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and continuous personal development across various modalities, specifically CBT, Couples Counselling and Neuro-affirming Therapy.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
