Alex Shore, Counselling & Psychotherapy MBACP
I am an integrative counsellor, which means that I am trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches. This allows me to find a way of working with you that is based on your own unique requirements.
Whatever the reason you choose to come to therapy, I see it as an opportunity to explore what is troubling you without judgement, and to uncover resources you may not know you have.
I offer a safe and confidential space. I am willing to see you for who you are and to treat whatever issues you bring with respect.
You can contact me either by phone, email or via my website. I aim to respond to enquiries within 24 hours.
If we do agree to meet, the initial session will give us an opportunity to discuss your needs and consider what will be most helpful for you. We will explore together any concerns or questions you may have about therapy and work out how best to move forward.
