I know that given the right conditions people can to heal themselves by finding different ways of looking at the issues that are of concern and can become personally resilient. By facing things, often together, we can develop ways to improve general Wellbeing.

Or do you just feel that talking through some challenges with a trained and non-judgemental professional might help you make clearer and potentially better decisions? You may well be at a place where exploring how you feel, your thoughts and emotions may bring much more fulfilment than you've ever experienced in life.
As a qualified and experienced counsellor, I offer a safe and comfortable environment for you. To walk with you in exploring those difficult thoughts and feelings helping you to face current and future challenges more successfully.
Listening to Self
A lot of times we struggle to keep at bay our emotions which are sometimes nature’s way of leading us to seek our inner peace. Counselling can be that journey to finding that inner peace where everything falls into place. Where we are able to start to reach out to achieve our full potentials. These potentials are present in everyone but may be hidden under concerns, worries and emotional situations of life.
A Commitment to Discover Self
Sometimes in life being unexpectedly caught in not knowing how best to resolve the hurtful feelings from past experiences can feel stressful. All of which may hinder anyone from attaining their full capacity even at their best.
Committing oneself to come for counselling is often a big decision to make and finding the right person to work with can sometimes feel uneasy. I respect this and I take great care in ensuring that you feel safe, respected and valued.
I offer flexibility of short or long term therapy as tailored round your needs. I adhere to the ethics & codes of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy. I welcome people from all around West Yorkshire including Wakefield, Huddersfield, Halifax and within the Leeds - Horsforth & Bradford Area.
