I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association of counselling and psychotherapy) with extensive experience of working with a wide range of people and presenting issues.
Life at times, can feel difficult to navigate. Whether this is due to a seemingly unmanageable reaction to a life event (past or present), or a general sense of dissatisfaction, counselling/psychotherapy may help you to move forward with your life, enabling you to make new choices and experience a different way of living that is more fulfilling and rewarding.
I offer a safe and confidential space where you can be supported to explore whatever is troubling you. Working together we can consider life events that are impacting on you.
As a humanist psychotherapist/counsellor, I value everyone's uniqueness and am committed to working within your frame of reference, without judgement; allowing you to set the pace and staying with your agenda.
