People come for counselling for many different reasons, sometimes there may be a specific issue you would like to address and sometimes you might be unhappy or anxious and would like to explore what is happening for you. We will work together to explore the situations you may be finding difficult and help you to identify areas for change and development that you decide will be right for you.
I provide counselling and psychotherapy from Room To which is a safe and confidential space in Burton upon Trent
