Sometimes we find ourselves in unhappy situations, maybe feeling lost or stuck and unable to move forward.

I believe sharing unresolved issues with someone we don't know can often help us to view things in a different light.  Having someone by our side on our own personal journey can help us to explore the most complex parts of ourselves and others around us. It is my belief that counselling is a unique relationship built on trust that develops  over time.

Our first session together will be an opportunity for us to meet and discuss your requirements and to see if we feel comfortable working together.

We will meet in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment close to Peterborough City Centre.

As a member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) I adhere to their ethical framework and I hold full professional indemnity insurance.I attend regular supervision to ensure I am practicing ethically and safely and maintaining BACP standards.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

Diploma in Theraputic Counselling Level 4
Certificate in Counselling Studies Level 3
Certificate in Counselling Skills Level 2

To date I have worked in a secondary school, I volunteer at a referral centre for victims of sexual abuse and trauma I also work at Relate with couples and individuals which includes working with the prisoners in the female wing.

Fees

I offer both short and long term counselling. 

£30 per session for individuals, £40 per session for couples.
