Hello, my name is Juan Moreno and I am a professionally trained and qualified Systemic psychotherapist and counsellor (MA, Msc, UKCP, HCPC) offering Individual, Couples and Family therapy in Bloomsbury, Central London.
As a systemic psychotherapist, I draw on the philosophy that as human beings, we have an innate creative wisdom - a capacity to overcome our problems and cope with difficult situations.
In our work together, it is my aim to help you see your situation more clearly and to begin to identify thoughts and behaviours that both help and hinder your current situation. Ultimately, the goal of therapy is to support you in developing a growing awareness of your self and your relationships with others. It is in this awareness, that the potential to change lies, as you begin to identify outmoded ways of behaving that no longer meet your needs.
I work flexibly, sometimes seeing individuals, children, parents our couples on their own, and, at other times, part of the whole family.I work on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period always with a clear shared goal and regular reviews of the nature and direction of the therapeutic relationship.
My practice is part of a multi-disciplinary service called the The Child and Family Practice within easy reach of Goodge Street (Northern) - 0.4 miles Tottenham Court Road (central & Northern) - 0.3 miles, Euston Square (Metropolitan, Circle, Hammersmith & City) - 0.6 miles
