Profile
Thank you for reading my profile. I am a fully qualified counsellor and offer one-to-one sessions to clients in two comfortable, easily accessible locations in Sale and Urmston. Clients can choose to have just a few sessions, or come for a longer period - I am happy to work with you and provide the support you need for as long as you need it. I am also happy to work with couples.
I use the approach of 'person-centred' counselling, which gives you the time and space to explore the issues that are troubling you, either related to your current life, or from past events. I also offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques, for those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, phobias and so on.
I operate from Haigh Lea Therapy Rooms in Sale, and also Urmston Physio Clinic, in Urmston. Both have the benefit of ample street parking and are in close proximity to local rail and road links. I can offer most evenings up to 8pm and weekend appointments too.
Call my mobile (07880 667986) for an initial chat or email me via enquiries@southmanchestercounselling.co.uk or wendygregson@hotmail.co.uk
