Maggie Duarte MBACP(Accred.) Individual and Relationship Counsellor
7 Poppy Way
Whether you have been affected by relationship difficulties, divorce or separation; have been the victim of abuse; or have suffered with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, anger, or bereavement, counselling can support you through difficult times and offers the opportunity to choose different paths. I work with people to identify and manage the changes they want to make in their lives.
I also can support people while they address weight management issues, or eating disorders, such as anorexia and bulimia.
Personal counselling could be the beginning of a change in direction, confidence and achievement. It can develop stronger relationships and enable you to communicate better with those around you.
Therapy is tailored to the individual and their needs, as everyone is unique.
I am an Integrative Counsellor. I am a couple counsellor for Relate. I have trained in Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person Centred and Psychodynamic practice. I am an accredited member of BACP.
