Profile

I offer confidential counselling and psychotherapy to individuals and couples in the Haywards Heath area of West Sussex. My approach is broadly integrative, and I try to tailor it to the needs of each client.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I have been seeing clients since 1999 and have been UKCP registered since 2004.

I have a postgraduate diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and an Advanced Diploma in Transpersonal Psychotherapy. I am a fully-qualified clinical supervisor and EMDR therapist, and have an additional training as a Relate counsellor for couple work.

Further Information

Coming to counselling can be daunting, especially for the first time, and I do what I can to make things a bit easier. Most people start by having a preliminary chat on the phone or by e-mail, but you don't have to give much detail unless you want to. I see it as part of my job to answer questions and help you in your search for the right practitioner. If I don't have space or don't think I would be the right person to work with you, I will say so and suggest other names or ideas.
