Therapy is an opportunity to understand yourself better and explore the ways in which you may narrow your potential to live a creative, rewarding life. I offer both short term therapy focussed on a specific problem and a longer term, deeper exploration of your life.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I am a BACP accredited counsellor/psychotherapist and obtained my Post Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy from the Gestalt Centre London, and awarded by London Metropolitan University. I also hold a BA (Hons) degree in Psychology.
In addition to my private practice, I work as a counsellor for an organisation in the health sector.
I have got experience of working for an agency offering mid-term counselling for people on low income in London.
I attend supervision and am committed to undertake continuous professional development. I have full cover professional indemnity insurance.
