A warm and approachable therapist I provide a non-judgemental and supportive place for you to safely talk and be listened to. I will support you to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours and help you to look at the issues that are preventing you from living the life you want.

I can help you to reflect on where you are right now and where you want to go. You can develop strategies and perspectives that improve your life and enable you to become more fulfilled.

Life is not an easy process. There are many times when the situations we are in challenge us. We can feel unprepared and unsure how to deal with what life demands. Counselling and psychotherapy can help you make sense of what you need to do to get through these times.

I believe we are all able to adapt, develop and grow. Through talking and being listened to you can gain confidence and find ways to become better equipped to get what you want out of life.

    (some concessionary rate sessions are available for students and those on reduced incomes during the day)
