As a warm and approachable therapist I provide a non-judgemental and supportive place for you to safely talk and be listened to.

I will support you to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours and help you to look at the issues that are preventing you from living the life you want.

Respecting and honouring your individuality and developing a relationship of safety and trust will be part of our work together.

I believe we are all able to adapt, develop and grow. Through talking and being listened to you can gain confidence and find ways to become better equiped to get what you want out of life.
