Supervision details
Hi there, I'm Michelle, a friendly Clinical Psychologist with significant experience working across multiple specialist NHS services and in private practice. I have completed significant training in the delivery of clinical supervision and have supervised numerous health professionals from trainee and qualified psychologists, nurses, social workers and other privately practicing clinicians. My main aim in supervision is to provide you with a warm, safe space in which to bring and explore some of the challenging work that you do without fear of judgement and to support you to grow, learn and develop whilst keeping yourself both well and passionate about the work that you do. I draw from a number of supervisory frameworks to gently support exploration and reflection and attempt to adapt my style to match your approach, stage of experience and preferences. Currently, I offer group and individual supervision and would be happy to discuss your needs. I can also provide excellent references from other supervisees whom have worked or continue to work with me. I offer discounted rates to students; NHS and social care staff; people on low incomes and anyone who has (or is) serving in the armed forces. I look forward to hearing from you soon, Michelle
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
