Supervision details

I am a registered Counselling Psychologist (HCPC) with 14 years clinical experience in NHS. I worked at Complex Depression, Anxiety and Trauma service, Psychological Medicine team, Personality Disorder services, Community Mental Health teams, and specialist (childhood) trauma service. Althought not exclusively, I mostly use Schema therapy, CBT, and EMDR in my clinical practice. I lean on psychodynamic theory for formulation and exploring therapy relationships. I use Multi theoretical approach for formulation  and clinical work.

I specialise in a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, C-PTSD. I ofer safe, non-judgemental space for supervisions to support mental health professionals (psychologists, counsellors, psychotherapists, trainees, nurses) in their clinical work.

HCPC
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
