Supervision details
Supervision is a vital and enriching part of working within the therapeutic field. Having a safe place to explore client work and consider dilemmas, blocks, or ethical responsibilities helps counsellors/psychotherapists maintain their skills and practice.
Navigating the complex landscape of mental health practice can be challenging. I aim to provide a supportive, reflective, and enriching environment where therapists can deepen their understanding and ensure the highest standards of care for their clients.
Self-care and work-life balance can be tricky in the ever-changing world of private practice. As a supervisor, I aim to consider a holistic approach and help each supervisee implement a business approach that best suits their needs.
Between March 2023-2024, I completed a ‘Diploma in Integrative Supervision of Individuals and Groups’. I have been seeing clients clinically since 2018.
I trained integratively and offer supervision within various modalities, which include, but are not limited to, attachment-focused therapy, psychodynamic approaches, TA, Gestalt, CFT, solution-focused and behavioural approaches, creative arts, systemic therapy, and parts work/inner child work.
I specialise in supervising couple and relationship therapists and have been a core tutor on ‘The Certificate in Couples and Relationship Therapy’ run by the Grove since 2019.
I have studied with both The Couples Institute in the USA to adopt their Developmental Model approach and also Tavistock Relationships in London, who are well known for their psychodynamic/psychoanalytic approach.
I am currently completing my Masters in Contemporary Psychosexual Therapy- due to finish in July 2025.
My main areas of practice include:
· Relationship therapy,
· Psychosexual therapy,
· Individual therapy
· Creative arts therapy
· SandStory therapy
· Training and coaching
· ‘Emotion Coaching’ training for parents and professions
I offer flexible supervision and see people online and in person in London NW5.
My supervision fee is £80 per hour.
Alongside my work as a therapist, I am a co-director of The Centre for Psychosexual Health, where I deliver training to other therapists on a range of topics, including working with couples, creative therapy, and safeguarding.

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
