Supervision details

As an Integrative Psychotherapist my approach provides holistic attention that invites awareness-raising and self-care. Through a contactful relational practice I am dedicated to facilitating and empowering supervisee's own ethical, sustainable and creatively reflective practice.

My core modality is Gestalt, with further integration of child development, dynamics and unconscious processes, humanistic theories, biology, clinical/ medical awareness, holistic indigenous practices and creative expression.

Working openly with mind, body, spirit, contact-awareness and local and global narratives, I support supervisees with an informed ethical, creative, dialogic, lively, authentic and embodied approach.

I am committed to an inclusive, anti-racist and anti-oppression practice, and hold a lens of bipoc trans feminism, equity and equality.

I have previous experience offering 1:1 supervision to counsellors and have extensive/ ongoing experience facilitating group process, reflective practice and personal development groups for trainee and qualified counsellors and psychotherapists. I also work as a core tutor on a Diploma in Gestalt Counselling course and engage as a guest tutor/facilitator/trainer on counselling and psychotherapy courses and for community organisations, workshops and conferences.

I am UKCP accredited, I have a varied and extensive practice across sectors, engage in a wide-range of CPD and will be looking at further training in supervision.

Please do let me know if you have any communication/neurodiversity/accessibility needs.
