Supervision details
I have completed the Supervision Training with CSTD Bath (Centre for Supervision, Training and Development). CSTD Bath is endorsed by the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) as a "Recognised Supervision Training" and checks all UKCP's requirements for supervision training. I am a warm and approachable supervisor working with individuals or with groups, trained counsellors and trainees. I have therapeutic experience in working with charitable organisations, schools, children, young people, adults, families and couples. I work integratively, and draw on person-centred, emotionally focussed therapy (EFT) and systemic theories into my practice. The Association of Christian Counsellors and Linked Professions is a professional body representing and setting standards for Christian counselling and care in the UK. The organisation is made up of various different membership categories, including Counsellor and Accredited, and requires all members working as counsellors to undertake Continuous Professional Development on a regular basis.
