Supervision details
I hold a diploma in Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychotherapy and Counselling Supervision awarded to me by Terapia. I am currently providing both Individual and Group Supervision to professionals. I provide individual supervision to professionals, students and or trainees. You can either self refer or via your organisation or employer .
Supervision and consultancy can be single one off sessions or contracted over a period of time depending upon a clients preference and needs. It is also the case that some clients live busy and pressured lives and sometimes prefer shorter time focussed supervision.
Clients can either book “in person meetings” which will take place within my consulting suite or via Zoom should you prefer to meet on line. As a UKCP registered Supervisor I am governed by a strict code of confidentiality.
Consultancy areas:
Clinical and practice supervision
Business and career path planning, whether this be employer or employee
Business focussed counselling and consultancy employer or employee.
Parental advice and support
Work based stress and mental health support
Individual and family support during Litigation, and or separation.
Difficulties with decision making and life crises.
Mediation, coping with litigation and disputes.
As a Psychotherapist I am trained to help understand personal relationships either existing within a work place, past and present experiences and or within family or social settings. There are also new pressures experienced by those who are working from home, working alone, burn out, insecurity and uncertainty, and if you are self-employed you may experience isolation, difficulties managing a work life balance and changes within the economic environment. This can sometimes be experienced as sudden and threatening. The future can often be experienced as overwhelming and threatening. Psychotherapy in the form of consultancy can offer a valuable, neutral and reflective opportunity and help to create new insights.
It is sometimes helpful to reflect upon the personal pressures experienced and the threats which can become exaggerated affecting judgement and decision making. Individual consultations, mediation, and or advice within a confidential and neutral space can help with finding a best solution.
Alongside this experience I am also a UKCP registered clinical supervisor and provide those professionals seeking clinical supervision relating to their practice whether this be supervision for counsellors and psychotherapy, teaching , and health practitioners.
My practice is located in Bury St Edmunds Suffolk where. However, I also provide advice and consultancy to organisations nationally and internationally. I speak fluent Spanish which has enabled me to offer services across Spain and Latin America.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
