Supervision details
I work with a range of practitioners: counsellors, psychotherapists, coaches and a range of other alternative therapists who incorporate counselling skills into their approach.
I'm informed by both Egan's 3-Stage Model and the Hawkins / Shohet 7 Eyed Model. I support you, and your practice, in service of your clients. I primarily work in a relation and collegial way, placing emphasis on our relationship. I often work with parallel processes and transference. I offer respect and understanding for the experienced colleague that you are.
I offer resources, psycho-education where appropriate, and literature suggestions where relevant.
I am diagnosed ND (ADHD), Vegan and an LGBTQIA+ ally with over 800 hours of supervision experience as of March 2024.
I look forward to working with you.
