Supervision details

I have been working in mental health since 2010, and my passion for the field of Psychology has grown beyond what I thought was possible.

I offer supervision to counsellors, therapists, and other Psychologists. I have a background in systemic family therapy, and understand interactional patterns and processes well. I have worked in a specialist service in the NHS for medically unexplained symptoms and long term conditions. In private practice, my focus is on adolescents and adults who are high-achieving, and struggle with difficulties like self-esteem, relationships, depression, high functioning anxiety, perfectionism, burnout and work related stress. I have worked with high-performers across various industries.

I am warm, humorous, curious and analytical. I use an integrative approach, and draw mainly from ACT, narrative, solution-focused, systemic, and person-centred therapies. If you are looking for a supervisor, feel free to book a 20 minute free chat so we can see if we are a good fit.

I am also passionate about mentoring therapists who are starting out in private practice or trying to grow a practice. From marketing to website building, I have a wealth of experience that I love to share.

Fees for Supervision are £130 per 60 minute session.

HCPC
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
