Supervision details
With over 40 years’ experience in psychotherapy, I bring both depth of clinical knowledge and a warm, relational approach to supervision. I have supervised counsellors and psychotherapists — trainees and qualified practitioners alike — as well as coaches, teachers and religious leaders, supporting reflective, ethical and confident practice.
Alongside my broad clinical experience, I chose to further strengthen my supervisory work through formal training. I completed an MSc in Professional Supervision at Middlesex University and I am a UKCP Registered Supervisor. As an EMDR Europe Accredited Consultant, I also supervise EMDR practitioners through all stages of training and accreditation.
I offer monthly supervision online and in person. My work is grounded in therapeutic theory and established supervisory models, creating a space that is supportive, boundaried and, when appropriate, gently challenging. I aim to foster a collaborative relationship where you feel safe to reflect, grow and develop professionally.
Recently a Supervisor said "I can always bring myself to supervision, even the clients I am not enjoying or feeling I am helping." "You accept me as I am."

A Supervision / Reflective Practice Day
When was the last time you had space in supervision to really pause?
To reflect without rushing.
To think relationally. To consider your own sustainability, not just your clients’ needs.
This retreat day is designed for qualified counsellors, psychotherapists and supervisors who want to:
Deepen understanding of relational supervision
Explore supervision dynamics honestly and safely
Reflect on professional sustainability and longevity
Share practical nervous system regulation tools
Connect with like-minded therapists without pressure
Numbers are intentionally small to preserve depth, safety and meaningful dialogue.
Why Nature?
Stepping out of the consulting room and into woodland creates room for:
Broader perspective
Nervous system settling
Creativity and integration
Genuine collegial connection
This is time to reset, both professionally and personally.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
