Are you a trainee or qualified counsellor looking for good quality counselling supervision, from an experienced counsellor and counselling tutor?
My name is Kelly Porch and I am a qualified clinical supervisor having completed the OCN Certificate in Counselling Supervision. I personally value good quality supervision for my own practice and always look forward to attending my supervision sessions each month. Therefore, I equally want to provide good quality supervision for other (trainee) counsellors in order that they value it as much as I do. I mainly provide supervision from a person-centred theoretical framework but I also have a variety of skills and knowledge in relation to other theories, modalities and practice.
About Me
I have provided thousands of counselling practice hours in my counselling career so far and run a private practice based in Kettering where I provide counselling for a variety of different presenting issues. I also have a specialist interest in providing counselling for those who have chronic illness and chronic pain and addictions.
I am also passionate about good quality training for potential counsellors and so I founded and now run the Northamptonshire Centre for Counselling Studies, which is an award winning training centre for those who wish to become counsellors. I believe that my roles of both counsellor and tutor encompasses all of the skills and qualities a counsellor would be looking for in their Supervisor.
Fees
Qualified Counsellors/Other Professionals - £50/hour
Qualified Counsellors/Other Professional Group Supervision - £100/hour divided by the number of people attending. If 4 people or less, half the time of the session can be claimed towards supervision requirements. If more than 4 people, the time is divided equally between the number of group members.
Trainee Counsellors - £45/hour pro rata
Trainee Counsellors Group Supervision - £90/hour divided by the number of people attending. If 4 people or less, half the time of the session can be claimed towards supervision requirements. If more than 4 people, the time is divided equally between the number of group members.
