I offer online sessions (UK) as well as nature/walking supervision (ST5).

In supervision, we can explore:
-Gaining clarity and self-awareness by reflecting on what is happening in session
-Exploring the relationship between you and your client
-Noticing how the transference may impact the relationship
-Working with unconscious processes that emerge in sessions
-highlighting helpful shifts in awareness through authentic engagement
-Keeping healthy, clear boundaries and avoiding entanglement
-Receiving honest, compassionate and straightforward feedback

My Approach
I have been in private practice as a Psychotherapist since 2014 and a Supervisor since 2018. I work intuitively, relationally, and compassionately, with a deep passion for exploring attachment trauma.

I believe in open, honest dialogue and creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where supervisees can grow as therapists.

I have extensive experience working with children, young people, and adults, supported by specialist training since 2013. I also hold ACTO-approved training in online work, and I can support therapists working online, in person, or in nature.

I offer supervision to individuals, groups, organisations, and mental health professionals (including safeguarding teams, teachers and mental health workers).

I also work within an SEN School environment supporting teachers, LSA's and Safeguarding to nuture an environment that offers a secure base to the pupils, and team surrounding the pupils.

Supervision Framework
I use the Hawkins Seven Eyed Model of Supervision, which includes:

-Focus on the client’s presentation
-Focus on the supervisee’s interventions and theoretical framework
-Focus on the client–therapist relationship
-Focus on the supervisee’s internal process
-Focus on the supervisee–supervisor relationship
-Focus on the supervisor’s own process
-Focus on the wider context (e.g. organisational/ethical considerations)

Fees:
£65 per hour (Online)

Private Practice Mentoring
Alongside supervision, I also offer business mentoring to help therapists set up, grow, or refine their private practice. £80 per 1 hour adhoc sessions

This can cover areas such as:

-Admin and systems
- Ideal Client Focus
-Marketing, visibility and advert copy writing
-Mindset and confidence
-Developing groups and courses
-These sessions are available to my supervisees as part of our work together or as stand-alone sessions for non-supervisees.

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited register membership

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
