Supervision details
I am very pleased to offer professional supervision for therapists, I have lots of experience working in and building my own private practice. I have expanded my client work and look forward to supporting supervisee's in their own journey, no matter what experience they have.
I know first hand how isolating it can feel working in the counselling profession. I want you to look forward to coming for supervision. I would love it if we can roll up our sleeves and delve into all of your thoughts, feelings, worries and concerns - I would be honoured to be alongside you in your career, however you are feeling about it at the time. In addition to working with qualified therapists, I also have a special interest in working with trainee counsellor's; helping to build confidence and self worth as they work through all that placements and counselling courses throw at them. I am pleased to offer a concessionary rate for the duration of your course (diploma / level 4 or higher). I even have my own Podcast, this is called You, Me & The Counselling World and is aimed at supporting student counsellors through their training and beyond, it reaches thousands of people each year and it is something I enjoy immensely.
My training is based on the Shohet and Hawkins Seven Eyed approach and I have very much enjoyed integrating it into my work. I am a an accredited NCPS member and practice with their code of ethics firmly in mind. I offer supervision for individuals and also will consider running group supervision for those that need it.
I know from experience, how crucial it is to find the right supervisor for you, with this in mind I am very pleased to offer a free, no obligation half an hour meeting where you can come and meet with me to see if I am the right person for you. My hope is to offer you a space to talk about clients, your process with clients, to be real and open about some of your professional and personal challenges and to help you to further your career or expand your private practice.
Fees for Supervision Professional Supervision Services £45 per hour (£60 per 1.5 hour session) £35 per hour for Counsellors in training (Level 4 Diploma or above) £52.50 per 1.5 hour session for Counsellors in training (Level 4 Diploma or above) Group supervision prices available on request. I offer supervision to counsellors from all over the UK via Zoom or Face to Face in my base in Exeter.
