My Approach
I offer brief or longer term therapy and my counselling approach is integrative with an emphasis on humanistic. My overarching approach is Person-Centred and I am able to incorporate existential, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Behavioural Systems Therapy into my work. I use Hawkins and Shohet’s seven eyed integrative model for supervision enabling me to work with therapists from a variety of theoretical approaches.
