I am able to offer a well rounded approach to our Supervision sessions covering most approaches in the field of counselling & psychotherapy.
I feel I have been lucky to have worked with possibly some of the best supervisors I could have found , which has served me well since 2011 and now its my turn to pass it on.
My experience as a Mental Health Professional is extensive and on the insistence of my previous as well as my current Supervisor I now take the plunge into providing Supervision. I work in a Person Centred approach but very much eclectically. I overcame those fears that many of us experience and learned to believe in myself and listen to my intuition.
