Supervision is a trusting relationship in which the therapist is able to reflect, receive support, maximise the effectiveness of their therapeutic relationships, monitor and safeguard the interests of their clients, maintain ethical standards and develop and grow as a therapist. Whether you are a new or experienced therapist, it is difficult to be completely objective so building an ongoing relationship with a trusted supervisor allows both to attend to the needs of the client and therapist. I am an Integrative supervisor and gained my diploma in supervision (validated by COSCA) in February 2009. I have since worked with experienced and student counsellors. Currently I supervise counsellors face-to-face and via skype. Testimonials"A connected, reliable Counselling Supervisor with a strong sense of integrity and ethical practice."
