It's new, it's fresh, it's dynamic, it's you!

It’s new, it’s fresh, it’s dynamic, it’s you!

I just realised I am writing on a product of the Earth, paper. A product that has been manipulated for yet another man-made use, we take and we take, it is often never enough. What is interesting is a lot of what we take, we have not consciously thought through. Oh how sweet our harvest would be if we knew exactly what we were planting.

The unconscious is often spoken about within the context of mystery and to some degree unattainable.  One thing to remember is, that the unconscious is us! It represents the parts of ourselves that we often avoid. The parts of ourselves that we keep locked away behind a secret curtain. The corner of the room where all the stuff we choose to hoard gets dumped. Oh sweet unconscious.

It is often said that what we resist persists. This is also true with the many things we try so hard to avoid. The parts of ourselves we try very hard to hide. Acceptance. This is the key, acceptance of what is, acceptance of our self. It is the acceptance of the light and the shadow, our many faces, our many emotions, acceptance of who we are in any given moment.

Acceptance was never supposed to be easy, but who said it was? Acceptance is process; it is the building blocks to creating and recognising the "I am" in your self. Acceptance is alignment of what is, for the truth, being in existence. Learn to accept yourself, perceived flaws and all, for you cannot change what is. Locking a door to a room doesn’t mean the room ceases to exist. It just doesn’t exist to you in this instance, but it is still there and deep down, you know it is.

To walk into the darkness forces you to accept other parts of you... thee who is courageous! Thee who is great! The one, who will walk in the dark in search of the light, is you. Step into your power, fore it is there ready and waiting and always has been. Variety is the spice of life, if you can experience pain and discomfort, you can also experience ecstatic happiness. Why stay in one place when you are consciousness, flexible and fluid? You are everything.

I conclude with a quote from Rumi, “You are not a drop in the ocean, you are the entire ocean in a drop.” Now go out there and be amazing!
