About me
It’s not always easy to admit when things aren’t okay. Maybe you’ve been trying to keep going, hoping things will get better on their own, but whatever issue is affecting you, keeps creeping back. When everyday life starts to feel overwhelming, it’s a sign you may need some extra support, and that's where I come in!
I’ve spent nearly 20 years helping people work through all kinds of challenges, such as anxiety, stress, trauma, low confidence, self-esteem, addictions, trust, loss or relationship difficulties. My role is to listen without judgment and help you work through what feels complicated or heavy. In doing so, my aim is to support you, so you feel calmer, lighter, more able to cope, and ultimately make the changes you're looking for.
Clients often say how good it is to finally talk to someone who understands. I listen with empathy whilst also sometimes gently challenging unhelpful perspectives, helping you to see a way forward. As a result, clients tend to feel at ease, safe and able to fully trust me. I never take that for granted and is something I value hugely in my work.
I work with adults, children and teens on all kinds of challenges, each session tailored to you. I use practical tools alongside a warm, supportive approach, so you not only feel better but also learn strategies, tools and techniques to keep moving forward.
Sessions are available online or in-person near Salisbury (EMDR only available face-to-face).
If any of this resonates, I offer a free, no-obligation 15-minute phone call so you can see if I’m the right fit for you. Reaching out can feel like the hardest step, but it’s also the one that starts real change.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
