Life presents us all with challenges from time to time. As a professional counsellor, psychotherapist and hypnotherapist, with over 14 years of experience in this field, I am passionate in helping you on your journey to overcome these and fulfill your potential, no matter how big or small they might seem.
I offer my clients a friendly, understanding and non-judgemental approach, so you can achieve positive change, a sense of balance and purpose in your life, and resolve your issues as quickly and effectively as possible.
Whether you're an adult, child or teen, are struggling with anxiety, an addiction, confidence, stress, low mood, relationship problems or any other issue, or simply want a safe, non-judgemental environment to talk to, my aim is to guide and support you with this.
