Got a lot on your mind? Are you having trouble sleeping with the same worries or thoughts going round and round and round? Are you feeling burdened by  secrets or problems? Has someone wronged you and you don't know how to make it right?

About the course

This mini writing retreat of one hour a day for five days is a simple yet powerful way to start to heal and boost your vitality. Studies have shown that a technique called expressive writing can help reduce negative thoughts, increase sleep and move internal furniture around to create more space and clarity.

I  will guide you through this evidence-based programme that will help you start to feel better after just one week. We shall meet on Zoom in a small group, no larger than right people.

You will not be expected to share any of your writing with anyone, this can be kept completely private and confidential.
