Women's retreat to restore and recenter - and discover self-love
I hope you have had a good summer!
"Practicing self-love means learning how to trust ourselves, to treat ourselves with respect, and to be kind and affectionate to ourselves" - Brene Brown
At The Relationship Practice, we have all taken some well-deserved rest and recuperation. Taking a break is so vital for our well-being and, yet, it can sometimes be the most difficult thing for us to do. But, once you do, you wonder what took you so long to pause. I for one have decided to take more breaks to recharge.
We are thrilled to be hosting Recentre and Restore, a women's retreat in beautiful West Wittering from the 26th to the 28th November.
Take a breath. Recentre yourself. Build calm.
You are invited
This retreat gives you the opportunity to step away from normal life for a weekend to take a breath, recentre, and restore your inner calm.
Many of us are feeling frazzled and burnt out by the last 18 months, so we wanted to create a space for calm, reflection and growth. Enjoy a unique combination of coaching, evidence-based positive psychology, mindfulness and yoga to soothe the mind, body and soul. Enjoy beautiful home-cooked food, take part in walks along the beachfront.
Have a transformational weekend of personal development, away next to the sea, less than two hours from London but feeling a world away.
Your group of a maximum of eight like-minded women will be guided by Pam to build self-love, practice self-compassion, and nourish your self-worth.
Book before the end of September to receive a free welcome gift!
If you would like any more details, please contact Pam on 07914411729.
Time to recharge and recenter ourselves with love.
