Weekly group therapy for people with depression in Seaford
Therapy comes in many shapes and therapeutic groups are one of them.
Working through difficulties in life can be isolating in itself and groups are a great place to explore and practice talking and listening to others. There are many advantages of taking part in groups as we learn to explore, communicate, share and challenge ourselves in a safe environment.
These weekly groups are one hour and 30 minutes.

I am a very experienced Integrative Psychotherapist who has run over 1000s of groups.
