There are three options for the workshop, I am keen to get this information out to as many people as possible. I believe that the more people that know how to recognise and regulate their nervous system, the nicer the world will be. Two of these workshops are offered at a discount so that more people are able to access this information. 

All workshops are online via Zoom.

Date 1: Thursday 16th February at 10am - 12pm

Cost: £20

After the workshop, you will receive the list of exercises that are suggested in the presentation.

Date 2: Thursday 23rd February at 6pm-8pm

Cost: £40

Location: Online via Zoom

After the workshop, you will receive the list of exercises that are suggested in the presentation and a PDF of the presentation to refer back to.

Date 3: Saturday 4th March at 10am - 12pm

Cost: £60

Location: Online via Zoom (this session will be recorded).

After the workshop, you will receive the list of exercises that are suggested in the presentation, a copy of the presentation to refer back to, and a video recording of the presentation.
