  • Do you want to understand how your teenager's brain works?
  • Would you like to improve your relationship with your teenager?

Adolescence is a crucial period in which the brain undergoes unique and dynamic changes. Understanding these changes allows you to communicate better with your children, building stronger relationships.

This workshop is designed for parents and caregivers of children between the ages of 10 and 19, particularly late primary school, early secondary school age.

It covers insights into teen brain development, where you'll gain a deeper understanding of the changes in their brain and how these impact behaviour and decision-making.

You'll also learn practical strategies for better communication, including effective communication techniques and ways to navigate common challenges in parent-teen relationships.

The workshop is 60 minutes long and aims to help you strengthen your relationship with your teenager.
