Understanding your eating core training

Training to deliver the Understanding Your Eating Programme to groups or individuals clients will equip you to offer a time-limited research-based intervention to those with disordered eating (it is not suitable with anorexic clients). 

All course materials and delivery manual are provided.

Applicants must be experienced counsellors with expertise working with obese people or those with eating disorders. Licensed practitioners may choose to be listed on the UYE website. It is a prerequisite of this course that delegates have undertaken the Attachment Theory Module within the previous 12 month period.
