The mindful way through anxiety
This two-hour workshop will take a look at what anxiety is, and the many causes of anxiety. We will explore what anxiety means to the individual, and we will look at ways of coping with anxiety.
We will use mindfulness to explore our emotions, and people will take away helpful tools to cope better when anxiety arises. The group will be informal and limited to 12 people to allow us to experience relaxation and mindfulness. Please email or call for further information.

I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist with a range of experience. I have my own private practice in High Peak, Derbyshire, as well as working for a project that helps integrate recovering substance mis-use clients back into society.
