Stress management - Absolutely free
We are organising a free 'stress management' event because stress is damaging our day to day life quite significantly. Too much stress may seriously affect your physical and mental well-being, which can contribute in deminishing self-esteem. This might also cause decreased effectiveness in interpersonal skills, and can create a habit of exaggerated self-criticism which may prevail self-doubt.
You will be able to speak to experienced psychotherapists/counsellors and well-being coaches. This will be an informal talk for about 60 minutes (one hour), where you may be able to unlock the secrets of your own potential to get sufficient knowledge and information to cope with your day to day life.
