Reflective practice workshop
Self-reflective practice closes gaps between supervision and personal therapy. It provides a framework for understanding the nature of work in all its aspects.
Self-reflective practitioners are able to recognise how their attitudes and belief systems affect levels of energy, motivation and resilience, preventing disillusionment and burn-out.
This workshop provides an overview of the theory of self-reflective practice and how to develop it through an articulated commitment to self-care and an understanding of the pitfalls and hazards of caring for others.
