Perfectly flawed: A therapeutic group exploring our inner critic

This is a small group of no more than eight participants who will meet over the course of two days.  We will use meditation, discussion, and various mediums to explore the inner voices that can often hold us back. We will begin to explore ways to understand our inner critics and find ways to quieten them and bring warmth to ourselves
