Mindfulness course for health and well-being
This mindfulness course is suitable for everyone and is designed to enhance health and well-being.
Mindfulness involves learning to direct attention to our experience as it unfolds, moment by moment, with open-minded curiosity and acceptance. By doing this we learn to become less judgemental and more compassionate towards ourselves and others. The practice brings about an inner calm and through this awareness we can experience our lives more fully.
This eight-week course will cover a variety of topics, methods and skills needed to develop a mindfulness practice. It will follow a gentle pace that will enable you to incorporate the practices into your daily life. Please contact me for further information.

About the host
